Sr. Mary Augustine Pham, a member of the Dominican Sisters of Mary Immaculate Province, hails from Portland, Oregon. She entered the community in Houston following a pilgrimage to Rome in 2015 to commemorate the centenary of the International Eucharistic Youth Movement. God willing, Sister Mary Augustine will profess perpetual vows in summer 2025.

Sr. Sheila Fitzgerald grew up on a small family farm in Nebraska on land homesteaded by her great grandparents in 1854. She entered the Sinsinawa Dominican Congregation in 1957 and has served in a variety of educational and social service ministries for more than 60 years. For many years she served on Sinsinawa Land Committees helping to envision how, in partnership with this land, the mission and legacy of the Sinsinawa Dominicans continues to be a vital presence in the agricultural community.
