No one repaid your student loans? Rejoice for debt forgiveness for others.

A listener wonders about a U.S. federal plan that would forgive $10,000 to $20,000 of student loans. No one helped her. Should she rejoice that others are getting help?

The Nuns point out that Christians celebrate "the goodness that happens in the world and the goodness that happens to our brothers and sisters." They also point to biblical references that describe repaying debt as a Christian obligation.
