With the support of a Thriving in Ministry grant, Sr. Maria Clara and her team were able to save the qualitative responses of 1116 women religious from 3 generations! Sr. Maria Clara and Marian Diaz used a qualitative research approach (Thematic Analysis), to explore Sisters’ responses to their ministry experiences. Ministry satisfaction is an essential aspect of Sisters’ life commitment to God, their community, and the charism of religious life. We’ll focus on the pertinent aspects of the study and invite participants to engage in a mutually enriching discussion of how these results can inform efforts to transition religious life into a viable and vital future.
