Christine Okpomeshine

Dr. Christine Okpomeshine is a Handmaid of the Holy Child Jesus (HHCJ) and a midwife in Nigeria. She is a delivery room nurse with many years of clinical and public health experience in Nigeria and the United States. She is currently an associate professor of nursing at New Jersey City University, N.J. and has served as an adjunct professor at many universities in the United States. She also served as a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner for State of New Jersey. Okpomeshine has a Ph.D. in Public Health with concentration in Community Prevention & Education and has published and presented extensively on issues related to maternal and child health, including at the International Research Symposium in Canada, the United States, and Russia and at the 25th International Nursing Research Congress in Hong Kong, July 2014.
